Thank you for shopping with Between The Reins! As we partner with Printify, a print-on-demand service, all products are custom-made to order. Due to this unique production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or a change of mind.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free reprint or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. No return of the item is required.
- Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order is lost in transit or not delivered due to an invalid address, we may issue a partial refund for the product price, excluding shipping costs.

- We will process your request and submit it on your behalf through our system.
- We will review your case and respond promptly with next steps.
